Autosuggestion – Live Practice Sep 25

Autosuggestion live practice. A quick 10 minute guided relaxation that rotates the awareness around the body to focus the mind on relaxing the body.  This practice has a synergistic effect, meaning that the more often you practice, the more powerful it becomes.
